We vary the routes we take for the different sessions to see where we go and the distances click on the maps below.
Two Commons

The two commons & bridges are a typical monday session route. Keeping to the edge of clapham common and then joining up with wandsworth common this a flat circuit.
Bridges

Jog down to the river and cross at one of the bridges combined with a lap of battersea park. Lavendar hill tests your legs at the end!
Battersea Park Circuit

Circuit training round the park this would happen on a wednesday.
Battersea Park 10k

Usually a jog down to the park, followed by 2 laps at tempo speed, re-grouping and jogging back again.
Barnes Bridge Half Marathon

This is a nice 21k up the Thames Tow Path, running through Putney, Hammersmith Bridge, crossing at Barnes Bridge and coming back on the North side.
Hyde Park 10 mile

One of the longer club runs, starting off running down the Embankment to Westminster, heading up past St James’ and Green Park to Hyde Park Corner then heading back through Sloane Square.
Westminster 10 mile

Run down to Westminster and back. Good group run with wide paths.
Cycling
Cycling routes differ. Most group sessions have a group leader who will plan and advise of the route and distance prior to meeting up. Typical routes are; South Downs, Box Hill and Richmond Park.
