Jo Scott-Dalgleish is a Nutritional Therapist who specialises in working with runners, triathletes and cyclists. Jo sees clients on a one to one basis at her home clinic in Chiswick, London, W4, with a 10% discount available for members of Clapham Chasers on initial consultations. These are available on weekdays, including some early evenings.

Prior to seeing Jo, you are asked to complete and return a questionnaire detailing your goals, current diet, training programme and health history. During the consultation, all these areas are discussed and Jo recommends the best changes to make, based on your food preferences, lifestyle and race goals. These cover what to eat and when to eat, plus advice on how to use sports nutrition products most effectively. Jo may also recommend functional laboratory tests or nutritional supplements if she considers it appropriate. Follow up consultations are available via Skype or face to face.
