Back by popular demand, for a fifth year, it’s time for the Chasers FUN track day! It will once again be packed full of events giving you a chance to either “race” against the clock, or your fellow Chasers (non competitively of course), have a go at events you last tried at school, and even have a go at events you’ve never tried e.g. shotput, pint relay!
Clapham Chasers Track Fun day takes place at
Battersea Park Athletics Track from 2pm and will of course be followed by
drinks at Bar 366 St Johns Hill, Clapham Junction from 7pm.
We will provide a few snacks and Gatorade on tap to keep you refueled but please could we ask you wonderful bakers to come up with some sweet and savory treats. Of course we'll provide the beer for the pint relay but please bring along your own alcohol (and non alcoholic drinks if that's your thing) for rehydration throughout the afternoon ;)
Cost:
To help cover our costs we are asking for a
£5 entry fee for adults and free for children on the day.
Directions:
The closest train station to the track is Battersea Park Station – direct links to/from Victoria, Clapham Junction, Wandsworth Common, Balham etc. The park is also on bus routes 44, 137, 156, 344 to name but a few.

As always these events don’t run by themselves. If you can lend a hand before or throughout the day that would be appreciated! Please let Helen know if you can.
