Health & Safety

  1. It's the athletes responsibility to carry some form of ID just in case of an accident.
  2. Warming up & down is very important to avoid injury, for time constraints and as many members jog or bike to and from training we leave it up to the individual to do this in most cases. If you need any advice please ask but this is your responsibility.
  3. Risk Assessments: Please see attached general Risk Assessment for all three sporting disciplines:
