When do I need to renew my membership?
The club’s membership year runs from 1st April to 31st March.
If you have been a member of the club for more than three months by 31st March in any given year, you will be required to renew your membership.
Membership renewal reminder emails will start to appear in your inbox from 1st March and you can renew following the link within them, or by pressing the renew button on your website profile.
What membership options are there?
Two levels of membership are available depending on whether or not you choose to affiliate with England Athletics (EA) which is the governing body for athletics in England.

Please Note: If you choose Membership with EA Affiliation, then we provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact email@example.com.
What do I do if I want to renew and change my membership level?
Just contact our Membership Secretary and ask if it's before the renewal deadline, or if it's after then you can do this yourself - simply follow the links to renew and select the option to change your membership level.
What if I have already renewed my membership but now want to change my membership level?
You can upgrade once you've renewed by contacting our Membership Secretary.
What if I don't want to renew my membership?
Either let us know (to stop reminders) or ignore the renewal e-mails and after 60 days your profile will be archived. Please remember that if you are affiliated with the EA through Clapham Chasers and you want to change to another club, you'll need to let EA know.
