The course is on grassy paths within Richmond Park and is suitable for spikes or trainers.

Men’s teams: 4 x 3 miles
Ladies’ teams: 3 x 3 miles

Free food afterwards at the Telegraph pub in Roehampton

Directions : Robin Hood gate, off the A3 at the bottom of Kingston Hill is opposite the start. No cars allowed through Robin Hood gate. Use Kingston or Roehampton Gate to access the park.
