SEAA London Cross Country Champs - Parliament Hill

Promises lots of mud, hills and a pub visit afterwards along side lots of other clubs. Bring spikes! 

Senior Women 1.15pm 6,000m 

Senior Men 2.00pm 10,000m 

Please ensure you meet the following criteria:

You are a first claim member and you either;

(a) he/she was born in the Greater London area.

(b) has not less than one year’s bona fide residence in Greater London.

(c) has not less than one year’s continuous full-time employment in Greater London.

(d) has not less than one year’s full-time attendance at an educational establishment in Greater London.

Medals will be awarded to the first three individual runners, members of the first three “A” teams, the first master (man over 40 and woman over 40 on the 18th November 2023 and the first Under 20 on 31st August 2023) in both the men’s and women’s events. Clubs can enter any number of teams. Entry fee is £8.00 per individual (No team fee) Chip Timing will be used. Please ensure all chips are returned at the end of your race, or you may be charged a lost chip fee.
