The course is on grassy paths within Richmond Park and is suitable for spikes or trainers.

Men’s teams (incl Vets): 4 x 3 miles
Ladies’ teams (incl Vets): 3 x 3 miles

Drinks afterwards at the Telegraph pub on Putney Heath.

Directions : Robin Hood gate, off the A3 at the bottom of Kingston Hill is opposite the start. No cars allowed through Robin Hood gate. Use Kingston or Roehampton Gate to access the park.

As teams are limited, if you are not allocated a place, then your entry fee will be refunded.
